Selena Marie Gomez's full name is Selena Marie Gomez. Her birth date was July 22nd the 22nd of July, 1993 in Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett is her mother and Ricardo Gomez is her father. Her mother was barely 16 at the time Selena became a mother. At the age of 9, she got her first job as a showgirl by being offered the part as Gianna as Gianna in Barney and her Friends. As a result, she appeared in the world's most anthropomorphic and purple dinosaurs. Selena was a part of several episodes in seasons 7 and 8, between 2001 and 2003. Selena Gomez wasn't the only singer who sang on Barney and His Friends between 2001 and the year 2003. Demi Lorvato joined the cast also.
